I suck, i know. what can i say? it's the low season.
not for weight, that is. but i have to crash diet for the next month, i am going on a vacation and am terrified of not fitting in the airplane seat.
my birthday was recently and we ended up with like, 5 cakes, all of which i helped eat eventually. yuck. but im got paid yesterday and am going to the store this weekend to get back on track and eat the right things.
and get out and exercise more! i need to do that. im super bad at it too.

what if you dont crash diet and just make small healthy changes every day? that will be much more long lasting. I know sometiems we are all faced with the moments (plane ride, reunion, wedding) that make us realize we need to drop weight and fast, but what if instead, you made a small change each week that made your life healthier, and that would last longer than that plane right? sometimes things seem really overwhelming, especially a lot of changes at once. I think starting small will help this become a long lasting thing for you. and you deserve it!
